“Create new habits. Meet new people. try a new routine. wake up earlier. there are too many possibilities in life to be doing the same thing.”
I read this last night and shared it on Instagram. It sounds like I wasn’t the only one that loved reading it either. What a simple reminder, yet so easy to forget.
Today, I’m encouraging you (and myself) to pick just 3 things you can do this week. Grab a pen and paper and jot down the 3 changes you are going to make this week!
ONE- Create a new habit
Ask yourself, what would better my life? A new workout, waking up
earlier, journaling every morning, drinking less alcohol…
TWO- Spend time with someone new
Introduce yourself to someone, invite someone over that you haven’t hung out with before, go to an event with new people…
THREE- Make one big change
Book a trip, sign up for that membership, leave an unhealthy relationship, leave an unhealthy job, start your own side hustle, create that website, decide to give up coffee, take two weeks off social media…
I truly believe that if we set up goals for ourselves, that is where we see change. If you don’t put it out into the world and strive for something MORE, we continue to get that same.
